Q. Do you guarantee your work?

A. All work is covered by a one year peace of mind guarantee.

 All workmanship is guaranteed for a period of one year and in the event of a problem occurring during the guarantee period due to an error in fitting it will be fully rectified free of charge. If the problem is due to faulty equipment or materials the equipment or materials at fault will be replaced under the manufacturers guarantee.


Q. Do I have to take days off work whilst you carry out the works?

A. No, you don’t have to take days off while the refurbishment is taking place. Consultation via the telephone or e-mail will help us to make sure that all details are sorted. We always keep your home tidy, leaving the tools in the right place. Airco bathrooms realizes that you offer us your trust  while you are away and we respect this. We would like to assure you that there are no reasons not to trust us, as we are helpful and very reliable.

 Q. Can you provide all of the necessary certification for plumbing and electrical works in order that the work is in line with current regulations?

A. Yes, we use approved gas safe engineers for our plumbing work and bring in our NICEIC part P testing engineer for electrical work, whom we work closely with.

Q. How does your payment structure work?

A. We generally take a deposit before starting the project and as the work progresses and we achieve each milestone we accept a payment. part of our ethos is to build good relationships with clients and ensure the job reaches completion on time and on budget.

Q. How long does it take to fit a bathroom?

A. This depends on the scale of the project and the access, but usually around two weeks for an entire bathroom. But rest assured at no point will you be left with out a toilet or washing facilities.

Q. Do you tile?

A. Yes  tiling is a common job on bathroom fitting, we are happy to fit specialist tiles such as marble which need diamond cutting as well as standard ceramic tiles.

Q. Can you change the water system to suit the jobs?

A. Yes, for example we can fit water pumps which can increase the pressure up to ten times. As corgi gas registered plumbers we can even install a new boiler, heating system or water tanks.

Q. Do you do plastering?

A. Yes our professional builders will plaster small areas or the whole room if needed.

A. At the design stage we will run through the best shower options for your situation

Q. Will my combination boiler effect me having a power shower?

A. Combination boilers work off mains pressure so will usually provide a  strong shower.

Q. Can I have under floor heating?

A. Yes we often fit under floor heating under the floor tiles

Q.Do you do small bathrooms or cloak rooms?

A. We are happy to do any size bathroom for you however small.

Q. How do you estimate the cost of a project?

A.  We work out how many days the project will take, this is the Labour price- and is fixed. The materials are provided by the client  OR we provide the required materials and give the receipt to the client. Other charges include skip hire for removal of rubbish.

Q. What is the cost of a standard project?
